By becoming a sponsor with LightBridge International, you play a vital part in redeeming the life situation for your sponsored child. Whether that child is an orphan in one of the LightBridge Orphanages, or a child in extreme poverty in a LightBridge Ministry location, your sponsored child has the freedom to actually be a child who is learning, thriving and full of promise.

Provide your sponsored child with nutritional food, clean water, clothing, and critical medical care- Enable your sponsored child to receive an education to become productive members of their communities
- Receive life skills training and Christian discipleship
- Offer a personal relationship between yourself and a child through writing letters, sharing photos and visits, should you choose.
By becoming a child sponsor, you will be connected with a specific child and receive:
- A new sponsor kit with a photo and information about your sponsored child
- Yearly progress reports and updated photos
- Monthly email prayer focus giving specific prayer needs of highlighted children
- Issues of the LightBridge Newsletter, The Bridge, filled with stories about the work God is doing in LightBridge orphanages and ministry locations
- For some of our sponsored children, sponsors will receive a DVD about the living situation and daily life of the child you are sponsoring
- And, the satisfaction of making a life-long change for a child in desperate need
